The UF Conference Department is the go-to resource for planning your next conference, workshop or special event. Our primary goal is to coordinate and manage all conference logistics so you can focus on the content of your program. We negotiate hotel contracts, process travel reimbursements, coordinate Audio/Visual requirements and Food & Beverage (F&B) menus, as well as many other details associated with planning a conference. Regardless of the size, scope, or complexity of your event, we have the expertise and experience to help make your event a huge success!
We offer UF entities a suite of complimentary services including, but not limited to, registration services, hotel contract review, budget assistance, banking, and consultation. In addition, we offer a comprehensive fee-for-service menu that includes on-site event management, abstract book creation, fiscal support, and site selection.
