About Our Team
Our primary goal is to coordinate and manage all event logistics, so you can focus on the content of your program.
Our team of experienced event managers are prepared and certified to assist with your in-person, virtual or hybrid event needs. Regardless of the size, scope, or complexity of your program, we have the expertise and experience to help make your event a huge success!
Our Purpose
We offer UF entities a suite of complimentary services such as registration, hotel contract review, budget assistance, banking, and consultation on event logistics.
In addition to the complimentary services, we also offer a comprehensive fee-for-service menu that includes on-site, hybrid, or virtual event facilitation, abstract book creation, fiscal support, site selection, and coordinating speaker logistics, marketing materials, poster sessions, sponsorship packaging, and exhibitor halls.
